Welcome to BC Clean & Clear Specialists Ltd. By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional Carpet Cleaning, End of Tenancy Cleaning, and House Waste Removal services within our designated service areas.

2. Customer Obligations

  • Access: The customer must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled date and time.
  • Utilities: The customer must provide access to a working electricity supply and a water supply for all cleaning services.
  • Parking: While not mandatory, we request that customers assist in arranging nearby parking or permits for our vehicles to ensure a prompt arrival.

3. Service-Specific Constraints

End of Tenancy Cleaning: The property must be entirely empty of personal belongings before our arrival. We offer a re-clean guarantee; if a landlord or agent is not satisfied with the standard, we will return to rectify the specific areas free of charge.

House Waste Removal: We specialize in general household waste, rubbish, and broken materials. We do not accept hazardous waste, chemicals, or materials requiring specialist disposal licenses (e.g., asbestos).

Carpet Cleaning: There are no furniture-moving requirements unless specified during the quote process.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all services must be made in Cash upon completion of the service on the day of the appointment.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

There is currently no penalty for cancelling or rescheduling your service. We do, however, appreciate as much notice as possible so that we may reallocate our teams to other clients.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • BC Clean & Clear Specialists Ltd is fully insured for public liability.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or damage resulting from faulty property installations.

7. Complaints Procedure

Any complaints or issues regarding the service provided must be reported to us via phone or email within 4 hours of the service being completed. This allows us to inspect and resolve any concerns immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
